Obvious improvement to monolithic refractory:

Many pores exist in traditional refractory, silica fume shall fill in these pores, then increase the bulk density and decrease the porosity, and then increase the strength obviously. Colloidal particles shall form in water as high pozzolanic of silica fume, fluidity can be increased with suitable dispersant, and then improve the performance of monolithic.

As stronger hydrophilicity and activity once the -Si-OH forms when silica fume in water, the condensation of refractory shall be increased, high-temperature performance will be improved greatly, and then extend the life-time of refractory.

Substitute the aluminum oxide mud as refractory to save cost.
